Novice practices are Tuesday and Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:00 PM, intermediate and advanced Practices are Monday’s and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7:00 PM
Located at 261 Niagara Road in Carthage
The purpose of the NCWF is to provide individuals with the opportunity and a program to promote wrestling, develop sportsmanship, individual character, strength, and stamina through a controlled and competitive wrestling program. Wherever possible, this program will be a stepping stone to enhance the junior high and high school wrestling programs.
